WWTTAL Do (Dental Work)

So, I think that I am around 5dpo based on opks (Iam giving up temping for a while), and I have a dental appointment (a crown) that I would really, really like to keep for Monday Dec 21 (approx 12 dpo).

 I would like to keep the appointment because I found out that I was double covered in dental this year.  That being the case I can get this work done for 10% of the actual cost.  It's the only day left this year that I can get the work done... doh.

Would you go ahead and get the work done?  POAS and then decide? 

What would TTCAL do??

    I would get it done. Just give the dentist a head's up that you could be pregnant.

    I would POAS and then make the decision.  I mean hopefully you get a BFP and then you would definitely not want to go through with it...but if not than 10% is an amazing rate!  GL

    I would do it - get the work done.  But my philosophy is that I live my life the way I need (want) to and then change when (if) I get a BFP.  Maybe you could just skip the funny gas?  The numbing medication shouldn't hurt you even if you are pregnant.

    I would do it.   I had major surgery before I knew I was pg and the poas test said neg at the hospital. DS was fine no health issues and that early the ob told me not to worry about it. Dental work I wouldn't worry to much about esp that soon.

    I agree with having it done and just letting the dentist know you could be pg. Ask for double vest if you need xrays done.
