I'm pretty repulsed by meat at the moment (first tri m/s) but most recipes I use feature meat. I'd love some good ideas that focus on the veggies. Bonus points if they can be done without a lot of garlic or super strong spices, since my stomach isn't loving those, either. Thank you!

Re: Vegetarian dinner ideas?
If you feel like an investment, the Betty Crocker Vegetarian Cookbook has a ton of recipes that are really quick, easy to make (mostly 'can of this' kind of thing), and not at all spicy.
Other than that, stir fry w/ or w/o tofu, spinach lasagna, 'breakfast' dinner (pancakes, waffles, breakfast burritos with eggs/cheese, something like that).
Eggplant parm, 4 Cheese Lasagna, Spaghetti without meat, Alfredo, Spinach and mushroom egg frittata, spinach, mushroom and cheese raviolis, vegetable...etc...there are soo many things you can make! Go to allrecipes.com and type in vegetarian and Im sure you will get a lot of help! GL!
