holiday food gifts ideas

I want to make something to give to people I don't buy gifts for, boss, neighbors, vendors etc... I'm not sure what to make. I don't want something I have to go crazy decorating just easy yet different. any ideas?

    This weekend I made a trail mix covered in white chocolate.  It was chex mix, pretzels and peanuts but you could add whatever else tickles your fancy.  You melt the chocolate with some shortening, then toss it with the mix and let it dry, then break it up and serve.  If you go to the dollar store you can get pretty little tins to put it in too.
