Can you reheat already heated formula?

This may be a dumb question.

I made formula yesterday she didn't eat it all so it went in the fridge, I just reheated it, she still didn't eat it all... can I reheat it again or does it need to be tossed?

After she starts eating it I believe they say to toss it after an hour due to bacteria. I could be wrong, though that's what we do.
