    DH is getting the farthest thing from baby-related.  He's getting an automatic rifle.

    The big jacket he has been wanting, flannel pj pants (those were because DH likes to sleep in his birthday suit and doesn't actually own pjs so I figured handy for the hospital trip) wallet and I will do his stocking.

    We just bought new cars, so we considered that our xmas presents. ?OF course, mine is a big mommy-ish car and his is a sports car... but I don't mind :)?

    also, I told DH that I'm still riding the success of my present last year.  I got him a custom-made Indiana Jones jacket from the company that made the original.  He's like a little kid... when it's cold, he doesn't want to take it off... he's wearing it right now, playing video games in the living room.  

    At least he's not wearing the  fedora...

    Ectopic pregnancy discovered November 6, 2012 at 6 weeks

    Daughter #3 - January 19, 2014

    Started our exploration into the world of international adoption June 2012.  We have no idea what this is going to look like but we are excited to find out!

    My mom called us crazy.

    Luckily she's a super smart dog (not a puppy, she's a rescue) who is really well behaved and wonderful with kids.

    Some sweaters from Banana Republic and some Lacoste polos. Already wrapped and under the tree. I was productive today.

    Also, he really needs a new watch. I need to go check some out this week and see what I like.

    We're just doing stocking stuffers and going out for dinner together this year, but my family has bought a couple little baby-related items for him. My DH only recently moved from the UK, so my mom bought the baby a track suit from his favourite football (soccer) club. One of my sisters bought him this frame for his office at the house.

    Nothing. Our gift to each other is continuing to save for a new house. We are doing stocking stuffers with a $30 limit each.

    I got my husband an Iphone, Wireless N Router, Wireless adapter, Wallet, Belt, Wii, 2 hats from Lids, Universal Transmitter, Shoes, and a Fleece. For stocking stuffers, I got him an additional Wii Nunchuck, Earphones, and an Iphone Skin.

    I was planning on getting him the iphone.  But we went to Best Buy this weekend to get gifts for other people and he talked me into getting a 52' tv( it was a package deal it came with a free playstation, a blue ray disc and game).  We really didn't need a tv, but he has been working soo much.  He deserved it.  But thats what he got for christmas.  A tv and a playstation 3.

    We decided not to spend a lot of money on each other this year given that baby's coming two weeks into the new year and I'll be taking an extended maternity leave without pay. I got him mostly baby-related stuff -- a really nice brass statue of a family of three is my favorite. He's in a band so I  also wrapped up "My daddy's a rock star" onesies I found on Etsy, and ear protection for baby so that she can go to some gigs. I made them to him from baby. I got him some other little stuff too that's not baby-related, but we're so baby-centered right now it seemed like an OK year to go in a different Christmas gift direction than we normally do (last year I got him a Wii).
