need ideas for gifts for my mom from kids

i am going to give my mom my own gifts with my brother but wanted to get her a few small things 'from the twins'- the problem is that she's pretty particular so she wouldn't be into the grandma of twins type stuff like some of the ornaments and tshirts and stuff. i already have given her an album to keep adding pix to & am going to give her a couple framed photos. She already has a digital frame that she uses for pictures of them now. 

any good ideas? she already has a piece of jewelry w/ their birthstones on it, also, which is something she really likes, so maybe something else along those lines.

    We got webcams for the family (actually my sister ended up buying them for us, my parents and her) so we can see each other more often...but we're several states apart so that may not be an issue for you.

    she actually has a webcam- we Skype regularly! But it's a great gift- I'm getting my bro & SIL one this year so they can see the kids grow.
