Are any of you ladies going to have your DH come along to your first appt after getting your BFP?

DH came to mine always. Specially the first one (we have a new ob this time round) because they do a medical history on both of you and such. Plus sometimes DH have questions that I don't think about.
DH didn't go to my first appointment - it was only with a nurse and we went over medical history and drew a lot of blood and all that. But he will go to my first appointment with a midwife, when, hopefully, we'll be able to hear the heartbeat on Doppler. So... I guess it depends on what you consider your "first" appointment.
I'm jealous an ultrasound at every appointment!!
Better than my husband I get to take my SON to all my appointments with me!

lol, poor thing was so freaked out that the dr. was going to hurt me. When they were doing the pap, we set him next to me on a chair and the Dr. told him to hold my hand so I wouldn't be scared

DH came to my first appt. He said he doesn't want to miss out on anything! So we will just try to schedule them late afternoon so he can leave work a little bit early. They will probably try and listen for the heartbeat with the doppler, depending on how far along you will be at the time.

DH will be going to my first OB appointment(which will be at 8 weeks). We will be hearing the heatbeat, having an U/S and probably getting a lot of information so he definitely wants to be there.
I went for a b/w comfirmation apppointment with my primary care doctor at 4 weeks and he didn't come to that since it was quick(and we didn't get the results that day anyway).
As far as other appointments he would like to come as long as it works with his work schedule.

DH has come to both so far because I have a high risk pregnancy.
I had major surgery this summer {see siggy}, so he was already coming to my OB appointments starting in about April of this year.
He works for a very family friendly company, so they encourage him to make sure he is available to go to all appointments.
DH will be coming to my first appointment b/c they will be doing an u/s. He will come to any appt where they do a u/s or where we receive any information, test results, ect. He will try to come to every appt, but I don't really see it neccessary if it's nothing too big.

His family medical history is very long and complicated, so it was important to have him there so he could explain it all.
same for us for our first pregnancy and this one.
Yes Dh is comming to the first appt tomorrow. He is going to try and come to all of them -bribing his boss with extra liquor bottles we have hanging around lol whatever works right?
My dr also does a sono at every appt. she has the machine in the office.
