Old mom of a toddler = lower back SPASM from helll.

Couldn't even walk this morning.  Broke out in a sweat and thought I was going to throw up (from the pain) trying to carry Jack to his changing table - had to call out for help. 

It started bothering me late yesterday but it was when I got out of bed this morning that I was like - oh shiit.  Right lower back and my entire right hip area.  Some kind of spasm or pinched nerve, whatever.  Been popping advil like m & m's and using a moist heat thing.  Getting ready to take a bath.

It's helll gettin' old.  Indifferent

    I hope you feel better.  My acupuncturist asked me yesterday if I had lower back pain.....my response 'i carry around a 25lb baby - yeah I have pain'

    i hope it gets better really really fast.  I know that pinching pain!

    Back/neck pain is the worst!  I'm sorry -- I hope you feel better soon!  I find those little heat packs (the ones you can stick to your back) to be a huge help.  And icy hot.

    Sorry about that pain.. it sucks. I had a similar pain a couple months ago and it affected how I walked, etc. The only thing that helped with a chiropractor. It was a joint that moved out of place.. I went three times and it was like a miracle! I could walk again without limping.  GL!

    Ouch I know what that pain feels like.  Sounds like sciatic pain.  I have a herniated disk and accupuncture worked wonders for me.  I highly suggest it.
