I thought of you all today

I did a ton of cookie baking wiht a friend.  One recipe we used was a chocolate covered mix of peanuts, pretzels and chex mix.  To make the chocolate it was white chocolate chips and shortening.  I totally thought of you all! 

PS.  It was GOOD!

    I started marzipanfest 2009 today, and I also thought of everyone =)

    so far the chocolate dipping sauce I made w/ Crisco and baker's chocolate seems to be hardening up nicely on my balls (hehehe)

    Whereas I didn't do any dipping today, I did bake - so far, 11.5 dozen cookies.  Phew!
