Pregnant after a Loss

I'm back and update

Hey ladies,

I destroyed another laptop so I have been MIA for a little bit and it was driving me crazy. Luckily my DH let me use his computer for a bit (with some restrictions like I can't click on links or profiles etc as they could contain viruses) but yay I am so glad to be able to read through posts again and catch up on what I have missed.

so lets see....I had an appt on Friday and we set an induction date if I haven't gone into labor yet.  So December 28th it is!  She said that we could push it a little sooner, but I was kind of uncomfortable with that (and so was she quite frankly) so the 28th it is!!!  Plus I would feel bad making her have to deliver me on Christmas Eve anyways.

Not too much going on here in the labor department.  Some contractions off and on but nothing to write home about.  Baby seems pretty content in there.  He passed his NST with flying colors!

So how are you doing?  Any exciting news?  Was Jack released from the hospital yet?  Who moved over from TTCAL?  Who went into labor?

Re: I'm back and update

  • Glad to hear the baby is doing great and how exciting for an eviction date :) I believe Jack was released from the hospital, I don't remember the details, I was working those days and didn't get to check much!

Cora, SPC (Steph) and Becky had their babies...just to name a few, I can't remember everyone :(

    Glad that you are back!

  • I'm doing well...I had a crazy day on Thurs night and Fri - contracted for 36 hours 2-6 min apart at the end and then they just fizzled...now  I am still contracting 3 or 4 times an hour and am SO uncomfortable and the baby is butt first in the  canal!

So I have been better but everyday the baby cooks is best for the baby - So I am just hanging in there!

Your belly is so cute by the way!

Oh wow, that must be nervewracking!  Will they deliver when you hit 36 or just wait and see what happens? Are you still in the hospital?

Thanks for the compliment. I need to take some more pics. I want at least one cute one in front of the tree.

  • I am home now without restrictions thank GOODNESS but they really wanted me to hit 36 which is tomorrow...after that I think they would have to do a c-section but still just want the baby to cook as long as possible...so I will just have this prodromal labor until something progresses.

I have another appt with the OB Monday to check progress, talk about version (haven't decided yet if we want to try it cause the baby is so far in the canal)...then  maybe I can make a plan for a scheduled c-section...

We will see, only time will tell! I did a pic in front of the tree the other night too! So fun! :)

Maybe our baby's will share a birthday!! WHO KNOWS!

that would be great!  I am really nervous about it all. I was induced with Ethan (complications) so I don't know what natural labor is going to feel like.  I hope my water breaks so that it is very obvious.  I had some prodromal labor too and it was really confusing.  We almost went to the hospital but it eventually went away.

GL girl!  I bet you are so excited!!  I know I am.

  • Thanks lady and GL to you too :) I am so happy for you! I hope it goes nice and SMOOTH! :)

I did the prodromol stuff for 12 hours consistently at 10-12 min before I called and they wanted me to come in 1 cause I was so early and 2 cause the  baby is breech...its so crazy that our bodies are SO tricky!!

I can't wait to see your little man!
