When would you stop using OPK?

Check out my chart. I've used 10-15 this cycle. Would you stop at this point? I'm starting to feel like this is a futile effort. My CM is confusing, my OPKs are close to + but never positive. I'm ready to throw in the towel this month and stop our sex-a-thon.

can you just have sex every other day so your not wasting money on all those opks? you could always continue charting and stop having sex when you see a clear thermal shift.

I would say keep going with cheapies I didnt get a + until CD22 and 23. There is still a chance. Or if you dont want to waist money on them just keep to charting and BDing every other night.

We are having sex two days on- one day break anyway. I was just hoping to increase it when we got our +OPK. I would also like to stop having sex so much...lol...DH is burning out a little bit.

if it were me, I'd still do the OPKs, but maybe BD every other day to every third day so you don't tire out your lady bits. they do have the 30 day test strip kits at walmart, so they're not super expensive.

I've had long cycles after the loss. Cycles where I don't O until cd26-28.

It's up to you. If it's stressing you out, I'd just stop and then let the cycle be what it is. Stick to every other day bd or something until Af shows??

I would follow the advice of the pp. Stick with EOD. And look at amazon.com for inexpensive OPKs. With the cycle between m/c and my first real af, I did 14 (I think) OPKs in a row. I was just where you're at...tired of doing them and seeing negatives....and a couple days after I stopped, I had a thermal shift. I just didn't go long enough. So, hang in there. :-)
