Give me your recs on your top questions to ask potential pediatricians.  TIA!

    How many in your practice, do they rotate. how do they feel about after hours calls, who answers after hours, whats the turn around time for call backs, who returns the calls, what are their philosophies on child rearing- ie: bf'ing, immunizations, nutrition, sleep schedules? Do they mesh with yours?

    Do they seem over crowded? Do they run late? How long is a typical appointment? Can you get squeezed in for a last min appointment if need be? Are they always rushed during appointments? 

    Is the practice- office, clean, spacious? Toys? ect..

    Ditto Sara, and what hospital are they affiliated with, do they have separate waiting areas for sick vs healthy kids, do they have a website?
