  • Super easy and you don't even need a pot!

    Ingredients:

Chicken (Breast or thigh, etc pref. bone in)

    Baby Carrots

potatoes (fingerling, if you want it REALLY simple)

onion (chopped - in big pieces)

mushrooms (sliced) - if you like mushrooms

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch mix (the powdered stuff) (i packet per 2 cans cream of mushroom)

1-2 (about .5 can per person) cans cream of mushroom soup (condensed)

In a bowl mix together ranch mix and cream of mushroom.

    for each person:

Lay out 2 pieces (one on top of the other for double thickness) of tin foil and place chicken in the center. Add carrots, potatoes and onions (as much as you want). poor the cream of mushroom mixture over everything.

seal up the food in a pouch form

put in the oven at 375 for about 40-45 min if you're cooking a chicken breast, less for thigh.

    enjoy!

  • Tuna casserole is really easy and quick.  There's a recipe on the back on the Campbells Cream of Celery/Mushroom soup.
