I feel like I may be asked to do company cheers like they do when they change shifts at Walmart.

    For my company that means a bullsh*t Kumbaya session where they try to make you feel better about not getting bonuses or raises. 
    Sadie is not impressed.

    This was my first thought.

    I just asked my coworker, and she said "I hope they tell the douchebag that he's fired, and we can all clap.  That would raise my morale."

    At the last company I worked for it was typically a meeting at 4:30 pm at the closest bar.  This one seems a little early in the day for that type of meeting.
