What I forgot to tell you about my accident....

They originally thought I had internal bleeding (from instant swelling and bruising of my abdomen) and so they had to cut my clothes off. (Thus the reason mama is right in that you should always wear good undies....) Anyway, when I had to have xrays, they had to cut my bra off and my sweater (there were metal buttons/fastenings)....and they couldn't move my back/hips until they knew for sure that I had no injury. There were FOUR men (young, all my age or early 30's) that had to do this. One poor guy's hands were shaking......I look up at the faces of these FOUR (all decent looking) men, and say "I bet it's never took FOUR men to undress a woman before!"

My husband said he heard an explosion of laughter. He said that one poor guy was twelve shades of red! When they wheeled me out, my hubby was standing at the door---he said, "What did you do to those poor men!?"
