NBR: am I the only one...

in 3rd Trimester

who hasn't sent out Holiday cards yet? 

I was hoping to create the cards myself with a picture of DD and LO.  With Christmas two weeks away and LO arriving next week instead of this week, I think I'm gonna have to go to the store and pick up some cards instead.

Alas, it was not meant to be. Sad  Next year I guess.

    I'm just not sending them out.

    I think I sent them out once and while I'm sure everyone enjoyed receiving them, it's just not something I see myself doing every year.

    I mailed mine today. It took shutterfly for.freaking.ever. to ship them to me!

    And I did cut out about 15 people this year so that helped.

    I wanted to do the combo xmas card/announcement thing. But I am going into the hospital on the 17th. I don't think i'll make it. I'm sure people will understand when they don't get a card from me this year.

    We're not sending them out this year. We planned on it, but I also plan to stay sane and not overwhelm myself. I think people will totally understand so I'm not too worried.

    I usually use kodak gallery, but I see a lot of Nesties using shutterfly.  I might try it for announcements sometime in Jan.  

    And I cut out people from my list too.  At least I have that much done.  Smile

    Right on.. I'm thinking maybe a Happy New Year's Card instead with announcement.  Everyone is always calling/txting/emailing/FBing (aka harrassing) to ask if the baby is here, so why stress over cards.

    Send out a Christmas/New Year's card. That way it doesn't matter if they get there before or after Christmas
