infant car seat straps

think it's time. DD shoulds are above the slot that the strap goes in.

I have adjusting the straps along the back to make more room for chest area.

We have a graco snug ride !

When did you move up to the next strap slot ?

    before our trip to my family's house for thanksgiving. i realized that i was pushing it up and that obviously wasn't safe. the 2nd hole fits him much better.

    You should you the slot that is at or just below the shoulder level. You shouldn't move up until then, the straps should not be too high above the shoulders.

    I just moved the straps on DS's seat 2 days ago. ?It made me a little sad!! ?He's growing up so fast... =( ?But yeah, it fits much better now. ?

    DS outgrew both shoulder strap holes at 4.5 months lol  He was somewhere around 6 weeks when we had to move him up to the 2nd holes in the Snugride.  At 2 months he was 24 inches.  He's also got a really long torso.

    Just a couple weeks ago, but we will probably move to the convertible pretty soon because he's way too heavy to carry in the infant seat so we might as well.
