I recently ordered a gorgeous wood TV console from them for our living room. It came in perfect condition, the price was in the $400s as opposed to the $600s I've seen elsewhere, and I swear the drawers were better made than some I've seen at places like Pottery Barn. No complaints whatsoever!

I have ordered from them before... the products were new and in good condition... the stuff I ordered was really cheap price wise, and probably medium quality..but they have higher quality too, some of the stuff my friends have gotten was high quality....just depends on what you order, it isnt factory rejects or anything though. I wouldn't be afraid of ordering from them again... overall it was a good experience

We ordered curtains for the nursery from Overstock. I love them, great quality. They have great customer service, and if anything arrived damaged you'd get a full refund/new product. All the products they sell are new condition.

I have ordered from them several times and was generally happy. I would say the things I got were worth a little more than I paid, but I didn't feel like I was getting a fantasic deal.

We ordered some textbooks from them last year, and never will again. After I ordered them, they never told me they where out of stock until a month later. I had called and called, and was told they where being shipped out, and it never was. I called and demanded the refund of my $150.00, and it took them 10 days to refund it back to my account. It completely ruined my experiance of shopping with them again.

Love them! We buy from there all the time, even bought DH wedding band on there. Never had a problem. I am currently looking at a crib from there.

I've always had good luck. Make sure you read the customer reviews and you can get a good idea on the quality of the product (bearing in mind that there will always be those who hate or love strongly! I usually go with the majority!)

I have ordered several things from Overstock....even a Tag watch for my DH. The only complaint that I have heard (not by me) was that their return policy is a little strict.
