Hi Everyone,
I've got one baby who is head down/transverse (she can't make up her mind!) and another who is breech. I'm really hoping for a vaginal delivery if possible and have heard that there are certain movements (i.e., yoga-like stretches that twist and turn the pelvis) that may help rotate a baby. Although I know it's unlikely that my breech baby will flip at this point, I'm holding out hope
.
Anybody try anything like that with success? What did you do?
THANKS!
Re: Suggestions for Helping a Transverse/Breech Baby Turn?
Someone gave me the following website when I was concerned about Baby B being breech (although both babies are head down now)
https://www.spinningbabies.com/
I started to look at it, maybe you'll find something helpful. Good luck!
