I'm going for a follow up visit with my OB today.
Over the weekend I had some moderate cramping and low back pain start while I was at work. The on call doc took me out of work and told me to stay off my feet (I'm a chef and my job is pretty physical). My u/s on Monday looked good (no changes in my cervix), but I had been off my feet for a couple of days. I did have a small amount of blood in my urine, but no bleeding or spotting, and no UTI.
I went back to work yesterday and the cramping started right back up. I'm hoping that she doesn't take me out of work this early. It would be super hard for me and our budget, but in the end I'll always do what is best for my babies. If this level of cramping is to be expected, than I can deal with that, I just don't want to ignore any messages that my body may be trying to tell me.
Has anybody had any similar experiences so far?
Re: Anybody else experience this?
I am dealing with this but my situation is a little different...
I am just getting over a terrible cough/cold and I pulled a muscle is my back from coughing so hard. ?
Since recovering from the cough, I have had ?EXTREME spasms in the left side of my back. ?Last night I decided that I may be dehydrated and I started chugging water...well, it has helped. ?So want want to try drinking MUCH more water than you think you need to... it helped me!
?
Good luck!?
I've had lots of this too, and I can definately tell the difference between the RLP and the cramping. Laying down on my side, drinking water, putting my feet up are all things that definately calm them down, but the second I am back on my feet I'm right back where I started.
