How much weight did you gain and how big were your babies?

I am just curious about this. I have gained almost 50 lbs. and I am hoping that my babies will be larger than they are estimating them to be, as we are having a c-section on Monday. For those of you who delivered and feel comfortable sharing: how much did you gain and how big were your babies as well as week of delivery? Thanks for sharing!

I only gained 17 but I had bad m/s and am overweight to start. I made it to my sch C at 38w2d and babies were 7 1 and 7 14.

i'm up just over 30, most of which was gained in 1st trimester. 2nd tri I've only gained about 4 pounds and from what I understand, I've got plenty of gaining to do during 3rd tri. Babies were 1lb 14 oz last month, waiting to see their development next WEdnesday

I gained about 50 but I'm sure a good chunk of that was water. I was swelling like crazy & at 4w pp I'd lost all but 8 lbs. Anyhow, the girls were 6lbs 1 oz and 4 lbs 11 oz.

I didn't gain a pound - I actually had lost a pound the appointment before my scheduled c-section. I am sick through my entire pregnancies - throwing up and just blah the entire time.

I am a big girl - okay - I am heavy so when they found out it was twins just shy of 12 weeks - my doctor told me that they wouldn't want me to gain anymore then 15 pounds.

I only gained 12 pounds with my DD, so I didn't stress over it - since I know she came out fine and a good size baby.

My boys were born at 38 weeks exactly via a schedule c/s. My A baby was breech and positioned first.

Baby A was 6 pounds 9 oz and 19.5 inches long

Baby B was 7 pounds 9 oz and 20 inches long

I gained 40lbs and made it to 38w - my boys were 6lb 6oz and 7lbs 15.6oz. I tend to have big babies, though--- Griffin was born 4weeks early and was 7lbs 4oz... would have been 9lbs if I went to term they say.

I was average weight when I started. I gained 44lbs and delivered at 39 weeks 6 days. My boys were 6lbs15oz and 7lbs3oz. I lost 30 lbs before I left the hospital. Good luck.

I gained 56lbs and delivered at 36wks 3days. Towards the end it was just a lot of water weight. My girls were 5lbs5oz & 5lbs15oz.

I also think it depends on where you start out at weight wise. I was about 125 and 5'7".?

I gained 25. I had GD so I didn't gain really any weight towards the end. Our twins were 5lb5oz and 4lb3oz. Our small one was IUGR due to a placenta issue so that accounts for her low weight.

I gained 65 lbs.

My boys were 6lbs 8oz, and 7lbs, 2oz. and were delivered at 37 weeks 2 days.

My last growth scan was at 34 weeks 4 days and they measured 5lns 13oz, and 6lbs 10oz

About 55lbs (give or take a few). My girls were born at 35 weeks 4 days and were 4.13 and 4.14.

I gained 45lbs. and delivered at 36w3d. My girls were 4lbs. 14oz. and 4lbs 15oz., they didn't require any NICU time. They were small but strong.

I probably would have gained about 50-55lbs. but at 28 weeks I found out I had GD and was put on the diet right away and I didn't gain and ounce for almost 6 weeks because the diet was so restrictive on calories. Once they realized I was not going to gain weight they put me on meds so I could eat more and then I put on another 10lbs. before deliver. So if not for the GD I probably would have been where you are or more even.

I was at a healthy weight, borderline on too skinny according to BMI when I started. I gained 62 pounds. My girls were 6 pounds, and 6 pounds 10 oz. when they were born(vaginally) at 36 weeks 2 days.

I gained just about 15 pounds - I was average weight to start, but had horrible hyperemesis - 7 of those pounds were in the last week when I developed p/e - I made it to 36 weeks and my girls were 5 12 and 5 15.

I lost 35+pounds about 7lbs a week until week 12. After that, I just stopped looking. I had HEG. I did end up gained that plus about 12lbs by the end. My girls paid for my hyper emesis though, at 37w they were only 4.13 and 5.4.:(

I delivered at 36w0d having gained 35 lbs. They weighed 4 lbs 9 oz and 4 lbs 2 oz, which while a bit small, seemed pretty good size to me -- my weight while not pregnant is about 90 lbs.

I gained about 40lbs and my twins born at 37wks were 4lbs12oz and 6lbs5oz. I lost all but 10lbs by the time we left the hospital and I am still trying to lose those 10lbs as well as the 40 from my first son.
