I too have had triple paste clear up really severe diaper rash within a day also when desitin clear and aveeno cream didn't even begin to help when used for a few days. I think triple paste used to be a prescription only product if I'm not mistaken. I was hesitant about the price too at first, but when your child's bottom is raw and bleeding then you'll try anything that's promises such great and swift results. We haven't used another diaper rash product since.
We're actually going through our first yeast diaper rash due to a course of antibiotic for an ear infection. The triple paste can't heal a yeast diaper rash though just as an fyi if you're ever in our shoes--hopefully never! Our guy is in bad shape from this, also he's had constant diahrea while on this antibiotic for the last week so that only makes matters worse as you since you're going through that too. We had to get a nystatin cream prescription called in today since triple paste surprisingly wasn't helping this time which had never happened. Then today it became clear why because the classic yeast diaper rash signs appeared.
To us, triple paste is worth every penny because it usually stops a diaper rash in its tracks, even a severe one. Plus, it is really rich/thick stuff and a little goes a very long way so you can get a long time of use out of one tub or tube.
Also, just wanted to let you know there's currently a $1.00 manufacturer's coupon in one of the circulars that comes in the paper. This is the first time in 3 years I've ever come across coupons for triple paste, including the babies r us one you have so we're very excited to get to finally use them on such an expensive item.
Triple Paste is absolutely, 100% worth the price. As pp said, when your child's bottom is red and bleeding and they won't even sit down because it hurts them so bad, you'll do anything!
Also, because triple paste is so thick, I usually put a little bit in my palm, and combine it with some aquaphor to thin it out and make it easier to spread on W's bum.
Re: any one use Triple Paste Diaper Rash cream?
It works better than Butt Paste for my DD.
She just had a bad rash from diarrhea this weekend & it cleared up after 1 day of using the triple paste

That would be great but we don't have BJs up here
