I recommend the Baby Book as a good starting point. Its just a really useful book to have around the house (how much Tylenol to give, how to introduce a bottle, a good section aimed at dads).
The womanly art of breastfeeding has some good practical help for bed sharing- cosleeping too.

Re: Book recommendations?
I requested your duplicate posts be deleted (I'm a mod on another board).
I like Dr. Sears books - he has one specifically called Attachment Parenting, but his Baby Book talks about it as well.
Also, if you plan to bedshare, Good Nights is a great book.
