i hope its nothing

i've had four contractions in the past hour. i am watching it really closely and if it goes to five in the next i am going in to the hospital. also around four today i had a lot of discharge-but it was thin like water and clear. It wasn't tons, but enough to wet my panties and get the crotch of my pants slightly wet. nothing since then and my dr knows all this and told me to watch it and take it easy for the next hour. wish me luck and lots of non labor dust.

    GL, I hope it's nothing.  I had a very similar experience and went in today and they did a fetal fibronectin test.  It came back negative so I was told to carry on.  Hopefully that will be your case as well. :)

    I had this right around that time, too. Turns out it was just LO dropping (the discharge is literally being pushed out with his weight )

    Then last week I had the fun false labor. This is what the L&D nurse told Husband:

    I had to take a warm bath to relax and time the contractions. If they were lasting longer than a minute and coming closer than ten minutes together AND getting more intense: go to the hospital. If they're short, you can breathe/talk/walk through them, and they're as spread out as your sound, then they're braxton hicks and it's nothing to worry about. Just drink water (dehydration can cause them) and relax.

    i just went on strict bedrest for PTL.. please do not wait.. my symptoms were similar.. discharge adn what i thought were BH...  take it from us who are in PTL the sooner you find out and get medicine the better..
