  I second Dr. Luke's book!  I picked it up last week and it has a lot of good information in it.

  I also rec Dr. Luke's book, but I also really liked Ready or not here we come and Twins set.  They are more fun and practical and easy to read.  I don't rec them over Dr. Luke's since they are very different, but in addition to they are great!
