    Hi, I don't know if welcome is appropriate, but nice to meet you. My name is Akeda. I just broke my engagement off with my fiancee last month. I am also 4 month pregnant. Adjusting to this change and the big one ahead. Whatever your situation, Good Luck

    I'm a 20 year old college student and also work part-time. DS's dad and I broke up when he was 3 months old. We had been together for 5 years and he "felt like he was holding me back" and wanted to "live life". We still get along great although it was not like that at first of course. DS stays with him every-other weekend and is great with him. Of course there is a lot more to my story...but that's the short version!

    I'm 22 and got pregnant to a man I only dated for a few months. We were having issues before I found out and it only got worse. We are no longer in contact and he has never met his daughter.

    I'm 21 and a week after breaking up with my bf of two years I found out I was pregnant. Ex stayed until I turned 4 months pregnant and I have not heard from him since. I luckily live with my dad (who is super supportive) and I work full time. Unfortunately the rest of my family is not supportive and I have no one to watch (or anyway to pay for a sitter) my DS (due in April) when I'm at work so I'm still choosing between adoption and being a single parent. :(  We're all here for you!

    My name is Shelley and I am 36.  I am divorced with 2 kids, a 9 yr old daughter and a 3 month old son.  My ex and I split up when I found out I was pg w/ my son.  He wanted me to abort, and told me it was him or the baby.  The baby is here and the Douchebag is gone. Yes

    I'm 21 yrs old. I found out i was pregnant a few weeks after me and my boyfriend of 2 yrs. split. He knows that I am pregnant, but I have decided not to let him know that he is the father. It is hard some days but I know that its the best thing for me and my baby.

    I am 31 years old Special Ed Prek Teacher and have a  3.5 year old little girl. My ex and I have been divorced for 1.5 years.  I have great support from my family.  Some days are harder than others, but in time everything falls into place.

    Im 26 and have been dealing with my daughters father for almost 9 yrs. we were together for 4 of the 9 and i have been pretty much nothing but a "convenience" (his words not mine) for each other for the rest of the time.. yet my heart has always been in it. I work 2 jobs and live at home with mom for now so she helps with watching her while im @ my PT job.. im looking to move this coming spring/summer. He hasnt done much of anything financially for her at all since shes been born... its all been me.

    I am 21, left my abusive XH once I was pregnant because he was only getting worse and I was worried about LO

    The more time goes on the happier I am that I left him and I can not wait to meet my baby! even though I know it is going to be hard to do it alone

    I am Tracy, I'm 39, I left my ex when my daughter was 14 months old, he never wanted to have another child (he had a 9 year old at the time from a previous marriage) and basically made my life miserable during the entire pregnancy, birth and after, so after awhile I couldn't take it anymore and we left and haven't heard or seen him since, my daughter is 4 1/2 now and I have not regretted the decision to leave for one second!
