I go tomorrow for my 6 wk post partum appt. (it's actually not been quite 6 wks but it's the only appt. i could get in before the new year!!)
Anyway, I was just curious....
1.) When did you start exercising post C section???
2.) When did you loose the "still pregnant" look (my belly is driving me nuts!)

i started light exercise at 2 weeks and running at 5 weeks.
i dunno about the belly...maybe 3 months? i think i still look 6-9 weeks pregnant and that is with running 35 miles a week and ive been working with a trainer for 2 months now!
i started going on long walks after i got the OK from my doc after the 6w appt... i still haven't done any serious exercise - just don't have the time or energy - other than walks.
i looked pg for a WHILE. I joined jenny craig at 3 months PP and in the past 2 months have lost just about 20lbs - i LOVE it - so easy, mindless, and tastes good... and i did it without exercise, too
I finally don't look pg anymore.. it's a nice feeling- though, i still have some nasty twin skin that i don't think will go away until have a tummy tuck someday.
I started doing longer walks at around 3 or 4 weeks and went back to running and gym after my 6 weeks pp check-up.
I don't look pregnant (I don't think anyway!) but I do have a bigger belly than I used to and have 20 lbs to lose!. It's mostly on my hips (lovely, right?)
