Besy way to set up the house for 2?

Baby A is finally coming home to join Baby B but I'm curious how you have your house set up to make nighttime feedings easier. I pump and bottle feed because they don't nurse yet so I'm stuck going back and forth to and from the kitchen all night. I also have to move him from his co-sleeper to change him. I'm considering moving into the nursery with them.

What works for you?

    When mine first came home they both slept in our room in the  PNP and we had a mini fridge in our room that I would store my milk in after I pumped it.  This worked out wonderful.
