I am all shaky and out of breath. I got light headed making a sandwich and had to sit down.
Man, I haven't felt like this since first tri!
Quit feeling like poop.
I'm trying! I've tried sitting and resting, lying down, eating, guzzling water. I feel like my heart is pounding out of my chest.
I used to feel like this every.single.day during first tri. I forgot how miserable I was back then!

Possibly. Any ideas what I should eat for that? Something sugary?
I just ate a salami and meunster sandwich on wheat bread.
ETA: I'm at my parents so I just tested my blood sugar on my mom's machine (she's a diabetic) and it was 102. Looks like I just needed food!
