help me be creative

I want to take cute pics for Christmas of the 2 kids. So, I'd like to have them in the photo together, difficult with a newborn and active 14 mo old.

So, I thought have them both in Christmas PJs and then ????

sit where? do what??

Obviously DD can't do much but lay there ;0) so what would work best for them?
(thought this may be eaiser than dressed up in Christmas outfits)

    I'm not sure how much this will help you, because my younger DS is older than your LO. I thought that fancy Chrisrtmas outfits and photos would be a disaster with both of them together, so we opted for Christmas pajamas too. Then I found those antlers in the $1 bin at Target. They were sitting in the glider in the nursery, so they couldn't move too much. I had to snap quickly, and out of about 20, I got one of both of them looking at the camera (and half-smiling). Nothing fancy, but I think it turned out pretty cute.

    I would pick some cute Christmas PJs and just follow them around with a camara for awhile and snap pics of everything. I LOVE candid shots though.

    Oops...just realized one is a NB. You can try to get one together and if that doesn't work maybe consider one of those Christmas photo cards where you can use several different pictures.
