F/U to 1st Tri Cramping post from yesterday

My office called me yesterday and asked me to come in for an u/s to check the babies and my cervix, and also collect some urine to see if I had a UTI.  The u/s showed that my cervix was still nice and long and tightly closed, which was a relief.  I was also able to see that both babies were doing great and their little hearts were beating away like crazy.  They were both really active, and baby B was showing off like always Smile

They did see a bit of blood in my urine showing that I could possibly have a UTI.  They sent it out for culture and said that this is very well what could be causing my cramping and low back pain, in addition to all the stretching and growing from my uterus.  My doc does want to see me back on Thurs though to check and make sure all is still well.  The NP clued me in that she may want to also start discussing work restrictions and/or bed rest.  I'm just really glad to see that there was no immanent problems and all was still going well inside there.
