I actually started puking before it even dawned on me to take an HPT (I was probably about 3w5d). I am paranoid about twins - but since there are so many people that posted in this post, that gives me hope!
I didn't start m/s until 7 weeks with my DD. This time it is NOT cool.
But, my OB told me that m/s can start earlier the 2nd time because your body recognizes he hormones earlier. I'm going to stick with that theory instead of the twins theory.
I don't have m/s but I am having terrible headaches. I know the m/s is miserable, but try to just be reassured that the pregnancy is doing well! I kind of wish I had some m/s for confirmation... I've had a previous m/c.
Unless you have been to the dr. to confirm, you may be a little farther along! But yes it's totally possible to have m/s already. I had it at 5 weeks and it stinks!
Re: Isn't 4 weeks too early....
Nope! I had m/s before I tested. I kept trying to convince myself it was post nasal drip again. Lol!

I don't know if this will help but I read in my pregnancy book yesterday that the sicker you are the less likely you are to have a m/c....HTH
Me being the over analyzer that I am says 2 options.....
1. this is a boy because I had zero m/s with DD.
2. I am having twins because of the same reason above.
Yes, I am weird, my DH has 9 months of listening to all of this....poor guy.

It could be just a stomach bug - bad timing. But I don't think its out of the realm of possibility its m/s.
Oh my gosh I hope that's not true!! I've been feeling great so far and really hope that's not a sign that something is wrong.
