NBR: Suri Cruise WTF?

https://celebrity-babies.com/2009/12/08/suri-cruise-visits-dad-on-set/#more-76354

If Katie needs a coat and scarf, and Tom needs a turtle neck, don't you think that maybe, just maybe, a sundress is inappropriate for the child?! Not to mention the heels she has been sporting lately!

I just can't imagine letting Vivian go out like this is 3 years!

  • And no sleeves!  Poor kid!  I'm cold just looking at her!

  • I'm not a mom to a 3 yr old...but I imagine they may not want to wear certain clothing items at times. Maybe she threw a fit and wouldn't wear a coat. Also, I am bored and Googled the weather..it was about 65 degrees there on Monday. Not freezing, but not sundress weather. Those two are weirdos anyways!!!
  • I always notice that she is in sundresses and her parents are bundled up... their answer is "she loves dressing like that".  Morons.

  • nice.  common katie, pull your head out of your a**
  • Do you realize how many times I'm out on a walk with my kids and I'm wearing a sweatshirt but they rip theirs off because they're hot from running around? And this isn't like winter weather people. There are pictures of Katie holding Suri's jacket/sweater from the same photo-op.

It's so easy to judge someone else when it isn't you and when you don't know all the facts.

ETA- I feel absolutely awful for celebrity parents because they can't make mistakes and "It's okay" like the rest of us regular folk. Every little thing they do is caught on camera and misconstrued. How would we all feel if our every little move was caught on tape and scrutinized?

This. I have a 3 year old daughter, and it's always a battle to keep her fully clothed.

I agree with this. There are plenty of times DD peels off her coat or sweater because she's hot, or just doesn't want to wear it. If its simply cool out (in the 60's), I'll let her. If she's cold, she'll put it back on. Its not like it was subzero temps or something. To be perfectly blunt, you don't know what its like to have a strong willed toddler/preschooler until you are there. Anyone who thinks a child that age is always going to do exactly what you want them to is living in fantasy land.
