need help finding a bracelet

I want to get my friend a bracelet as a thank you gift. She hosted my baby shower and did endless amounts of paperwork so she can help with my foster son when the babies arrive. She is a down-to-earth low maintenance mother of 4. She wears a silver locket necklace, so I thought maybe a silver bracelet to complement it.

Any suggestions or recommendations for something pretty but not too expensive (less than $50)? I'm open to any other suggestions other than bracelets too. TIA!
