Your favorite stain remover?

I am trying to find a great stain remover (preferably for oil/grease) for my DH's shirts. We use stain stick i think, but it doesn't work.  Help!

  • Have you tried simple green?  it's a great degreaser!!  Also, I LOVE LOVE LOVE using some oxy clean w/ my regular laundry detergent (a little goes a LONG way and it's pretty cheap at Costco) that helps with laundry too :)

  • My dad is a mechanic and he usually uses Simply Green! I also love Oxyclean! But it doesn't get the more major oil spots...

Hah! I'm just glad to know that other people love Simple Green & OxyClean too! :D  I like that Simple Green cleans like, EVERYTHING and it's super concentrated so a little bit goes a LONG way.. and it smells good, not chemically :)

  • I use Zout.  It has taken out blood, sweat stains, paint, grease, butter stains, you name it!  It's the best.

  • I don't know how to get out oil or grease, but if you ever have a baby poo stain... I am a pro at getting those out!
