My babies are born!

I didn't post here much, but since I may be here more for advice... I'm announcing the birth of my twins!  Nathan Max, 4lbs 12oz, 17 1/2 inches and Scarlett Angela 4lbs 13oz, 17 3/4 inches.  Born at 6:25am and 6:31am on Friday December 4th at 34 weeks and 6 days.

3 weeks of bedrest, 24 hours of labor, 2 days of postpartum recovery (I had a vaginal delivery!) and so far, 2 days of nothing but breastfeeding and pumping as a "boarder" in the hospital.  I live too far away to get here and back each day with pumped milk.  We?ve all gotten to learn how to breastfeed from wonderful nurses!  It?s been great.

My babies are doing so well for their gestational age, but they still aren't feeding well every time.  Scarlett's a little jaundice, and Nathan had a little complication from his circumcision... they will be here for a day or two more.  Not in the NICU, just in the newborn nursery :) 

I'm going home tonight to get outfits together and make sure my house isn't a COMPLETE disaster after leaving my husband and dogs there alone for 25 days!
