Hope you don't mind, I'm popping in from 2nd Tri....
I've been shopping for strollers and the one I really like (the Joovy Kooper) says it's for babies 6 months and up. In those first six months, is it easy enough to get away with wearing my baby on outings (Moby wraps, etc.), or do you think it's absolutely necessary to get an infant stroller, as well?
Are any of you not using a stroller yet? If so, what do you use on outings, and do you wish you had a stroller?
Re: Anyone not using a stroller yet?
I use my stroller quite often. It's snowing and cold here and I can't go outside for walks right now but I use my stroller to go shopping because it's just as easy as putting the carseat in the shopping cart.
Honestly, I use mine a lot as an alternative sleeping/playing place for Miles. I can put him in it and then push it from room to room as I clean. He likes to be able to see me when he wakes up.
We've also used it for the mall and walks, so it's definitely necessary for us.
We haven't even touched our stroller yet (although it's recommended for older babies, too) and have not thought about it. I have a loveyduds wrap (same as a Moby), and it's been great. You'd probably be fine with just getting the one.
