Itching question, maybe TMI

So I've been pretty itchy down there for the last week or so. I did see some stitches last time I looked so I assumed that's what's been itchy, but I don't know what else it could be. Anyone else having the same problem?

My MW and a few of the nurses told me that the itching is a sign that your stitches are dissoving.

ive been the same way, i thought maybe it was a yeast infection! i guess it could be the stitches!

I haven't had any itching but before leaving the hospital, my doctor said it may occur as the stitches heal. They sent me home with hydrocortisone cream in case I did experience any itching.
