Baby and Me fitness
Anyone know of a "Baby and Me" fitness program in the Naperville/Plainfield/Bolingbrook area? I'm specifically looking for something in the evening or on weekends as I have to go back to work soon, but I want some class to go to with my little girl (7 weeks now). Edward Hospital has a yoga class and a "cross training", but both are either full or during the day. Thanks!

Hi there! When my son (now 6 months) was a few weeks old, I bought a "Mom & Baby" fitness DVD from Target that we both really love. It incorporates yoga and pilates for both you and your little one. I realize that's not exactly what you are looking for, but maybe it will be a good second option.
