Why, oh Why, must everyone call?!?!?!?!!?

This happened with DD#1 and I hated it then! I have a scheduled c-section for Monday. And yet, my phone has rang 6 times in the past hour. All crazed family members "checking in on the status!". I am no longer picking up the phone, and yet they still don't get the pic. The worst part is that DD#1 naps every afternoon from 1-3:30pm and I would love to nap at the same time. BUT I CAN"T BECAUSE OF THE PHONE!! If they wake her, there will be blood shed!! I don't like to shut the ringers off completely, in case of an emergency, but I think it may come to this. I finally said to my sister last night, after she urged me to "just relax...take a nap when Anna naps!" I said, "Kinda hard to do that when you won't stop calling me!" And yup, you bet, she was one of the 6 crazies that just called!

This is why I am thankful that my family are text junkies, and that I don't have a home phone. I get the "Any progress yet?" texts. My standard reply is "Nope, besides getting fatter." End of conversation.
