First U/S today..

in 1st Trimester

and we got to see the heartbeat! Most amazing thing I have ever seen in my life! We are measuring right where I thought I was..about 6 weeks 6 days..The doctor kept saying I should be 7 weeks and a couple days but my cycles aren't 28 days so when I explained my O date he siad it was perfect! YAY.

I'd upload the pic but I don't have a scanner at home. :(

Looks like a little peanut! Measuring 8 mm..We also saw the yolk sack and umbilical cord. Most amazing thing ever! I am still glowing, I think.

He didn't tell me the heart rate, but he said everything looks wonderful! Felt so good to hear the doctor say that once you find a heartbeat the chance of M/C drops significantly. Maybe I will breathe a little easier...

    Congrats!  That is so exciting! I went for my 1st sono last week...cried the whole time and hardly glanced at screen!  I go back next week for another one since my last pregnancy ended in m/c at 3months.  I am so excited though to go back so soon!  Cant wait!

    The heartbeat is music to my ears!  totally mind blowing to have a tiny heartbeat inside you....
