NOODLES. Tons of tons of noodles. Sometimes plain noodles, sometimes with butter, sometimes with sauce but pretty much noodles, anyway you can think of them!
Bananas seem to be ok. I've been eating them for breakfast. Granted, it just took me 4 hours to eat an entire banana, because I could only take a couple of bites at a time.
In general, fruits and vegetables haven't bothered me. Crackers also seem to be ok.

I've been ok eating soup. I've been switching it up between chicken noodle and vegetable beef. It has to be a brothy soup rather than a cream-based soup.
Isn't it crazy how the thought of food makes us sick, but an empty stomach makes us even more sick?
For me, things that sound good change every day. My biggest trick to combatting the empty stomach queasiness is to sip on fruit juice, like CranGrape or Blueberry.
Here are some things I've had that have been good so far...Early on it was breakfast foods like waffles/pancakes/ or plain sandwiches like peanut butter and banana on toast. Now I'm eating things like tomato bisque and a toasted turkey sandwich with shredded lettuce, homemade lasagna (no meat), fruit salad with oranges, apples, and pineapple, and homemade baked potato soup.

Mashed potatoes... or any kind of potatoes.
All I can really handle is breakfast foods, especially bacon, egg, & cheese biscuits, for some reason. Everything else is too heavy or something...
Oh, and salads. beautiful green salads.
Grease makes me puke these days.
