Putting a pic in a post (not siggy) - using Tinypic

I clicked the tree when responding, I tried a few of the codes and only get a red x. Any tips?

    Here is how I do it:

     

    1. Load a picture onto tinypic.com from my computer

    2. Select the last code (I think it actually says code for LAYOUT)

    3. Select the "insert image" tool above (the green tree) and then post the layout code in there

    4. If you do it right, the picture will show up in post that you are writing. 

    You have to use that code and you have to enter it as a image.
