traveling with triplets

Any one have any advice on traveling with 6 month old triplets over christmas.  we were not going to go but they ended up getting their flu shots so I feel alittle better.  The flight is about an hour and a half and the car ride 14 hours, so if we went it would be by plane.  I am still unsure.

    I don't know. I'm still trying to figure out how to get what will be my 5 mo old twins and 20 month daughter to my brother's wedding 5 hours away. Of course both me and DH are in the actually wedding. The logistics are staggering. 

    I desperately want to visit my friend in TX too. All those plane tickets are going to hurt.

     What are you going to do about carseats?

    We are going to gate check them.  My husband called and they said that if you bring the babies to the gate in them they will gate check them.  Which will be much easier to use the stroller all the way to the gate and get that checked to.  We only have to purchase one extra ticket.
