You're freaking me out

with the below post about movement.  I have days where I don't feel LO move for more than 12 hours.  The m/w wasn't concerned at my last appt. because I have an anterior placenta.  I see her on Friday and hope she can give me parameters because I do worry a lot when I don't feel movement.

    i too have an anterior placenta and i didn't feel LO move consistently until prob wk 32!  I used to freak out about it all the time and sneak the US machine at my hospital to check that she was still alive!  She is fine and now moves like crazy everytime I lay on my left side.  They told me that with an anterior placenta i shouldn't start kick counts until about wk 32 and that was exactly when she moved a lot more!  Don't worry!

    I think the anterior placenta can really weigh into it. Especially if this is the norm for you. I rarely feel movement. Baby YooHoo really just rolls around sometimes, and usually it's just at night. That's been the norm for this whole pregnancy though, so that's the norm for us and the dr isn't concerned.

    I have an anterior placenta and a very quiet baby. Sometimes I don't feel her at all during the day...but then at night she starts groovin' a little bit. I get a little worried if I haven't felt her once in a day, but even then I just know that she's a gentle kicker and try to calm myself down.

    Until last week our baby would only move about once or twice a day if that and I didn't feel it every day. I have an AP. I brought it up at every appointment and the doctor told me not to worry and said she was doing just fine and had a strong heartbeat. I now feel her a little more often, but still not 10 times an hour.

    Anterior placenta here too. And I had really quiet days with LO, but after about 30 weeks she got REALLY active and rarely has a quiet moment.?
