XP from 3-6 Questions for potential babysitters.

Hi ladies!  I'm a SAHM but could really use your help!  I have not left LO with anyone but friends so far (we have no family in town) and I'm getting to them point where I'm going to need to leave her with someone for a few hours a few days a week.  I'm meeting with two potential babysitters today that a local agency is sending over.  They do background checks and thorough interviews with them so it comes down to personal preference.  I'm afraid that I'm so sleep deprived that I'm just going to sit and tell them all about Gemma and forget to ask them any questions about themselves.  Do you ladies have any suggestions for good questions that get to the point?

    try doing a working interview that lasts about 3-4 hours.  Let them know ahead of time that you plan on watching them take care of Gemma and then you will decide based on their performance.
