I can't freakin' breathe

B was sick and passed it on to me.  I can not breathe for crap.  I took one dayquil and it helped a little, but I'm concerned that if I continue to use it it will decrease my milk supply.  I know this might happen if you use it a lot, and I probably wouldn't use it for more than a day, but I'm still concerned.

Has anyone had their milk supply change when taking a decongestant?

    I wouldn't take a decongestant because it will dry your milk up.

    It's safest to use a nasal spray to help with the stuffiness. There's lots of great info about this on www.kellymom.com

    i've heard it can dry you up, so i just took tylenol when i had a cold for the headache that accompanied it. hopefully you'll be lucky and be ok! feel better soon!

    I don't usually take anything.  I go to the dr because if I'm that bad, it's a sinus infection and I get antibiotics.
