They make different sizes. I think mine is the 23 quart. It seems to be perfect for my needs, at least thus far.
Have you done any water bath canning? For high-acid foods, water bath is a VERY inexpensive way to get started. Seriously, like less than $30 will get you going.

I have a Presto canner and use Ball widemouth jars
That's about the long and short of it

All American Pressure Canner, Ball (or Kerr -- same company) jars, and LOTS of towels.
Oh, and as many Ball books as you can procure. Theirs are my favorite.
