Prenatal Exercise Classes

Hey Everyone!

Does anyone know where I can find a prenatal exercise class in the Southern Oakland county area? Like around the Southfield area.

    They usually offer them through different hospitals, if you want to check out their websites.

    The Beverly Hills Club on Southfield Rd offers 2 prenatal exercise classes offered through Beaumont: Yoga Moms & Aqua Moms.  I took the Aqua Moms class for 2 sessions and loved it!  It is a good way to stay in shape and the instructors are great.  I truly believe these swim classes helped me to recover quickly from my C-section.
