Anemic after d&c at 12 weeks?

This happen to anyone? I had my blood drawn at my two week follow up on Dec 1st so I'm waiting to see what that tells us but although physically I feel fine, I just feel more tired than I used to. I did lose a lot of blood but I have been taking iron supplements.

I guess I could just be tired in general.

    I was anemic after taking cytotec and losing a lot of blood. Two weeks later I had a D&C and was still anemic. I am still taking iron supplements 3 months later.

    I am anemic by nature, but after two D&C surgeries within 3 weeks of each other I refused a blood transfusion that was needed.  I am definitely feeling it.  I was suppose to take iron supplements but my body does not do well with it. This is normal for a good amount of blood loss. Its suppose to take 3 months for me to get my iron back to normal, but as you its going slow.  The doctor is talking about giving me an iron infusion via IV which will bring my iron to the appropriate level. 

    Eat red meat and other high iron foods.  It is suppose to help.
